Park Connect partners with facilities within a few hundred feet of the Port of Tampa to allow customers to reserve parking online and park close to the Port in a covered and secure parking location. Once your reservation is confirmed, all you have to do is arrive at the parking facility on the day of your cruise. Your email will have all the details and the location of your parking spot.
Reservations can be made at any time even the day of your arrival.
The parking garage address and contact information will be provided on your email confirmation.
If you need to cancel a reservation simply respond to your confirmation e-mail within 24 hours prior to your start date. You will receive a full refund. Park Connect will not accept cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. We will then process your refund and send you an e-mail receipt within 3 business days. Allow 9-14 business days for the refund to show on your credit card statement.
Yes. The parking garage you will be assigned to is a self park facility and all customers keep their keys.
